Effective October 1, 2025, the use of document serial numbers starting with \"GIB\" is prohibited. Therefore, after this date, it will no longer be possible to process e-documents such as e-Invoices, e-Archive Invoices, e-Self-Employment Receipts, and e-Producer Receipts with serial numbers starting with \"GIB.\"\nAccording to the new regulation:\n* E-documents using serial numbers starting with \"GIB\" will not be accepted by the systems as of October 1, 2025.\n* To avoid interruptions and errors, new document serials must be defined in advance instead of \"GIB.\"\n* If you are not currently using a serial number starting with \"GIB,\" this announcement will not affect you.\n\n*The GIB unit code can only be used by portal users using the Revenue Administration system.
